Our services are various and FREE. Indeed, all commissions (1 month’s rent in the case of a rental and 3% in the case of a sale) are paid by the owner of the concerned property. If you rent with a fellow competitor, please do not hesitate to give us a call when problems arise. Our job is to help you preserve a positive image of your stay in Brussels and assist you to keep the excellent image the Belgians have of the expatriates.

- Residential and office property research through a database of over 1.500 active properties and 55 000 inactive properties.

- Visit of properties

- Negotiations

- Study of the rental contract

- Market study documents can be made at request for internal use (ex : Your mother company requests data for better understanding of the Brussels market)

- Opening phone lines, electricity, gas and T.V

- Follow-up of the signed contracts in case of important trouble (please note that we are not a relocation company but a real estate agency. Nevertheless we choose to preserve a professional image by assisting you as best we can).

- Info at request (ex : electrician, plumber, JSTV info, security systems etc)
